One of the essential functions of coaches and team managers is to manage team communications with players and their families.
Managers: To access the line up templates for each division Pinto and up, go to the Baseball tab and click on the division you will be managing.

Add Contacts to Receive Team Messages
If a player's family needs to add more contacts to their player, they must do it from their account. You do not have the ability to update a player's contact information and neither does the league. The account holder is the only one who can update a player's contact information.
Managing RSVPs
Manage RSVPs for each athlete within your team’s TeamSnap app.
Sending RSVPs for Existing Games or Events
Encourage your families to download the app and RSVP for all events on your TeamSnap schedule.
