Champions Volunteer Information
BUDDY GUIDELINES
Buddy Volunteers can serve as either Dedicated Buddies or Floater Buddies. All Buddy Volunteers must be at least 11 years old.
Dedicated Buddies:
Dedicated Buddies attend most games and are paired with the same Champion player for the entire season. This consistency helps build a strong and meaningful Buddy–Champion relationship.
Floater Buddies:
Floater Buddies attend games as they are able. They are assigned to players as needed and may also participate by cheering on players and supporting the team atmosphere.

TEEN LEAD GUIDELINES
The Teen Lead position is a volunteer role for students who wish to support our program and develop leadership skills. Please note that registering as a Teen Lead does not automatically guarantee placement. Final selections will be based on qualifications, availability, maturity, and the overall needs of the program.
As part of the registration process, please include a brief paragraph explaining why you would like to be a Teen Lead. You may want to share what interests you about the role, any experience you have working with children or teams, and what you hope to contribute to the program.

COACH VOLUNTEERS
Our Champions program relies on dedicated volunteer coaches who are passionate about supporting athletes with special needs. Coaches create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment where every player can learn, grow, and experience the joy of baseball. Volunteers help guide the players on the field, foster positive connections, and ensure that each child has a fun and meaningful experience throughout the season.
