Wait List Policy

The LCYO Board has established a priority system in the event registration exceeds capacity. This system is as follows:

Priority 1:  Children of Board members, managers, coaches and sponsors, provided paid registration is received by the December 1st  immediately preceding the start of the season.

Priority 2:  Children who played on an LCYO team in prior fall or spring, provided paid registration is received by the December 1st immediately preceding the start of the season, in order of the date paid registrations are received.

Priority 3:  Children who have a sibling who played on an LCYO team in prior fall or spring, provided paid registration is received by the December 1st immediately preceding the start of the season, in order of the date paid registrations are received.

Priority 4:  All other children in order of the date paid registrations are received.

Therefore, if you plan to register your child for the upcoming season, you should submit your paid registration as soon as possible to maximize your child’s registration priority.
